BWF 系列光學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸設(shè)備使數(shù)據(jù)能夠在長距離對齊的一對單元之間快速可靠地傳輸。典型用途是高架起重機(jī)和堆垛機(jī)、自動存儲和檢索系統(tǒng) (AS/RS) 以及用于從車輛到控制單元的非接觸式雙向通信的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)車。使用調(diào)制光作為傳輸方法意味著這些收發(fā)器不會像拖曳電纜和滑環(huán)那樣產(chǎn)生物理磨損，也不像無線電系統(tǒng)那樣需要重新校準(zhǔn)。

The BWF Series optical data transmission devices enable data to be transmitted quickly and reliably between an aligned pair of units over long distances. Typical uses are on overhead and stacker cranes, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and transfer cars for non-contact bi-directional communication from the vehicle to the control unit. The use of modulated light as the transfer method means that these transceivers do not incur physical wear like trailing cables and slip rings nor do they require recalibration like radio systems.
? Actual transmission distance is 2 times or more than rated value and data transmission with high reliability is realized.
? Many kinds of interface are lined up, RS-232C, RS-422, current-loop and RS-422/RS-485 multi-drop, etc.
? Level lowering warning output are provided due to prevent some troubles such as dislocation of optical axis or dirty lens surface.
? It can be easy to check optical axis adjustment with optical checker or checking terminal.
