RU6 系列U形圈的密封效果來(lái)自密封體內(nèi)在的預(yù)加載荷以及安裝時(shí)密封唇和O形圈的壓縮。 在工作狀態(tài)下，系統(tǒng)壓力作用在U形圈上，增加了U形圈與活塞桿的徑向接觸應(yīng)力。
由于特殊設(shè)計(jì)和采用了一體化的O形圈，無(wú)論有無(wú)壓力，RU6系列U形圈都具有良好的密封特性，與普通U形圈相 比，較短的密封唇具有更好的摩擦值。
The sealing effect of ru6 series U-ring comes from the preload in the seal body and the compression of sealing lip and O-ring during installation. In the working state, the system pressure acts on the U-ring, which increases the radial contact stress between the U-ring and the piston rod.
Because of the special design and use of the integrated O-ring, no matter whether there is pressure or not, ru6 series U-ring has good sealing characteristics. Compared with the ordinary U-ring, the shorter sealing lip has better friction value.
